The Edit: Kitchen Accessories
With the weather cooling down and grey, rainy clouds circling, Autumn is the perfect time to hunker down and enjoy being at home. The season of apple crumble, roast dinners and root vegetable curries ensures spending time in the kitchen has never been more enjoyable. Here are some of my top kitchen accessories which will make that time even more pleasing…
Clockwise from top left…
Stelton’s new Emma toaster (£139) is the perfect update for your worktop with its simple lines and tactile materials.
Menu’s salt and papper grinders (£59.95 for two) have become an Instagram favourite and in these pink nudes, they are firmly on my wish list too.
Vegetable peelers are never sexy… OR ARE THEY!? This Normann Copenhagen version in blue (£14.50) makes me question everything.
Trays are always useful in a kitchen as they can organise your worktop by grouping essentials like oils and utensils. The tray range from AYTM (£25) covers all bases and comes in beautiful colours.
Stoneware is my ultimate weakness and this brushed pasta bowl from Habitat will pimp and spag bol (£10).
Another beautiful design from Stelton, this vacuum jug is the perfect finishing touch to your table (£64.95).
This teapot from Hay (£69) is not only going to deliver a delicious brew, it looks gorgeous too. Those colours are basically my life right now.
Emma Lacey is my favourite ceramic designer of the moment. Her range of mugs (£36) and tableware are tactile and beautiful
Cook low and slow this Autumn with the ultimate in kitchen luxury - cast iron. Staub is the king of cast iron cookware and this colour feels timeless and modern all at once (£219)
